We, Konark Refrigeration Industries Pvt.Ltd. An ISO 9001 : 2008 Certified Co glad to introduce ourselves as one of fast growing commercial refrigeration appliances manufacturer. We are also approved by conformite europeenne(CE) under the European health, safety & environmental protection legislations. Our factory & registered office situated at Balanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. India. We wish to inform you that since last 25 years we are into manufacturing activities of Chest Coolers / Chest Freezers and all type of Refrigeration coils etc., 2000 onwards our all products technology is upgraded to non CFC eco friendly and past 5 years we are producing all type of Eutectic Freezers and FOWs (freezer on wheels) eco friendly.

More than two decades ago i.e. on 1989 the Konark Company has established by its Chairman & Managing Director K.Lenka with vast & rich experience in commercial refrigeration.

Our manufacturing unit & registered office situated in extend of 2 Acre land. The built up area of shed is 28000 sft. Consisting of main production area, store for consumable raw material, testing lab and other utilities. We have separate go down in a built up area of for storage of finished product on pre dispatch and stock the inventory of major raw material. The facility situated in an industrial estate and is very near to Hyderabad city and all infrastructures are easy accessible.

The company obtained all required statutory approvals from the relevant government departments for manufacturing and trading of commercial refrigeration appliances. Further on 1998 the company filed the application with trademarks registry, Govt. of India for the KONARK brand name trade mark registration which is under process.

In the year of 1999 the company has participated in ODS phase out program of MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FOREST “MOEF” Govt. of India to save the thin layer of Ozone in the stratosphere. Therefore in the year of 2000 onwards company is not using any ODS solvent in the production line as per the undertaking given to “MOEF” Govt. of India.

As per the Industry / Consumer demand in appropriate time we are continuously upgrading the plant & machinery in our manufacturing unit for production of best quality product. Also we have added all automatic plant & machinery for production of eco friendly product to comply with ozone cells environmental conditions. As on we have one of the world’s best and latest technology fully automatic Germany made PUF injector (Zero ODP & Zero GWP) to maintain high density environment friendly PUF insulation with Methyl formate blowing agent and Automatic refrigerant HFC-134a / 404a charging plant for high evacuation and charging of exact quantity refrigerant in to the system at our manufacturing unit irrespective of all other latest plant & machinery as such press shop, product efficiency testing lab etc., we own in-house infrastructure for manufacture of high quality refrigeration coils (condenser / evaporator) to ensure the high level of cleanliness and dryness in the refrigeration system, So that it can be maintained zero level tolerated of moisture, impurities which is very dangerous for highly moisture sensitive HFC-134a eco friendly gas and Polyolester lubricant which is being used in Hermitical Compressor.

The present installed capacity of the manufacturing unit is 100 units put together all range of models per day. Our all products are eco friendly, compact design, robust and elegant, fastest cooling and lowest power consumption. We better understand the value of money of our esteemed buyer, therefore we use all high end specification of raw material in our production line so that, the product will give long durability in the field.

We are having various Range / Model in Chest coolers, Chest Freezers, Stationary Eutectic Freezers and FOWs, besides of FOW 90 Ltrs, & 110 Ltrs, We like to inform you that our mobil 650 LTR & 1300 Ltrs FOW is customized designed for TATA ACE vehicle to transport Ice cream and milk product from factory to distributors delivery points, similarly our 325 Lt FOW suitable for ape auto and it is also a customized design to sell the ice cream and milk product in the street, amusement park and special event areas etc.
